WEB3 Armenia Foundation calls for Tigran Ghambaryan's release
Web3 Armenia Foundation, an independent think tank, has called for public support to help release Tigran Gambaryan, the head of Financial Crime Compliance at Binance who is currently detained in Nigeria.
“As some of you may already know, our Armenian national Tigran Ghambaryan who is Head of Financial Crime Compliance of Binance has been unjustly detained in Nigeria,” it said in a social media post on Monday.
“He has played an important role in fighting crypto crime in the world including in bringing down biggest crypto criminal platforms such as Silk Road, AlphaBay, etc.
“We are standing against this kind of political and human injustice and asking you to take a minute to sign a petition to help Tigran and bring him home,” Web3 Armenia said, sharing the petition link.
