Pashinyan congratulates Portugal's PM
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has extended congratulations to Luis Montenegro on his appointment as prime minister of Portugal.
"On behalf of the Armenian government and on my own behalf, I warmly congratulate you on your appointment as Prime Minister of the Portuguese Republic and wish you success in this responsible mission,” he said in a message on Tuesday.
“Armenia attaches great importance to the continuous development and deepening of relations with friendly Portugal,” Pashinyan added.
