ICRC helps transfer two persons from Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia
Two people were transferred from Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia on March 29, accompanied by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). According to Lurer, they are a couple - Samvel Galstyan and Margarita Shahnazaryan.
ICRC Armenia Office Communications Program Manager Zara Amatuni told Lurer on Wednesday that the persons were transferred to Armenia at their own request.
According to Amatuni, they support about 20 Armenians on various issues in Nagorno-Karabakh during this period, helping them to keep in touch with their relatives outside of Nagorno-Karabakh. The Red Cross has facilitated the transfer of more than 50 people to Armenia since October.
