Tatoyan warns against any presence of Azeri servicemen near Armenian communities
Arman Tatoyan, Armenia’s former ombudsman who currently runs the Tatoyan Foundation, and his team carried out fact-finding missions in Azatamut, Kayan, Berkaber, Kirants, Acharkut, Voskepar, Baghanis and other communities of Armenia’s Tavush Province, as well as in the interstate road sections passing through them.
“The evidence once again confirms that we cannot allow any presence of Azerbaijani armed servicemen in the vicinity of our communities and on the roads. It will ruin people's lives, grossly violate their rights and undermine security, isolate communities and seriously harm Armenia’s security, and this has nothing to do with the determination of borders (delimitation or demarcation),” he posted on Facebook on Tuesday.
Tatoyan promised to share the collected facts and details of the studies at a later time.
