Opposition MP accuses Pashinyan's government of leading Armenia to 'collapse'
Opposition Pativ Unem faction MP Tigran Abrahamyan on Thursday accused Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his government of “deliberately leading Armenia to collapse”.
"The downgrade in relations with Russia and the suspension of Armenia’s membership in the CSTO have created a rather uncertain and dangerous situation,” he said following the parliamentary debates on the execution of the Armenian government’s program in 2023.
The lawmaker stated the government has dragged Armenia into geopolitical conflicts.
“I strongly believe that you are deliberately leading the country to collapse, and the real Armenia-historical Armenia dilemma you’ve talked about is artificial, because you have already chosen the dilemma of surrendering Armenia,” Abrahamyan said.
