Armenia, Azerbaijan start clarification of border coordinates
Armenia and Azerbaijan have started clarifying coordinates on the border between the two countries, the Armenian government reported on Tuesday.
“In accordance with the agreements reached between the Commission on Delimitation and Border Security of the State Border between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Commission on the Delimitation of the State Border between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia at their eighth meeting, expert groups from the two countries launched the clarification of coordinates based on geodetic measurements on the ground on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan on April 23,” the government said in a statement.
