First Eurovision 2024 semifinal sends 10 countries to Grand Final
10 countries have triumphed in the first semi-final of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Malmo, Sweden, when 16 countries competed to get through to Saturday’s Grand Final.
The happy 10 qualified for Saturday's Grand Final include Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia and Ukraine.
The finalists were chosen by a fan vote from the countries participating in the semifinal and in countries not in the contest.
Germany, Sweden, the United Kingdom, France, Italy and Spain each have automatic bids in the Grand Final.
Armenia will perform in the second semi-final on May 9.
