Marchers led by Tavush religious leader to reach Yerevan on Thursday morning
Political analyst Abraham Gasparyan, founding director of the Genesis Armenia think tank, and Hayakve initiative coordinator Avetik Chalabyan urge all to gather at the northern entrance of Yerevan on May 9, at 11am, to greet the marchers led by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, Primate of the Tavush Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
The march will conclude in Yerevan’s Republic Square where a rally is planned later on Thursday.
"The long-term struggle of thousands of people for Armenia’s security, the solidarity of generations and the restoration of the trampled national dignity is entering a crucial stage. There is no room for delay. There is one flag and one title: Tricolor and Armenia. Stay strong!” they said in a video on Wednesday.
