Armenia's NSS urges Tavush movement members to uphold rule of law
Armenia’s National Security Service (NSS) calls on members and supporters of the Tavush for the Homeland protest movement to uphold the rule of law and refrain from violations.
The movement led by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, Primate of the Tavush Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, is marching to Yerevan from Tavush Province to hold a large rally in Yerevan’s central Republic Square from 4pm Thursday.
“Highlighting the mission of the National Security Service to protect the constitutional order from any encroachments, we state that any unlawful action threatening the constitutional order will be stopped with the use of all legal tools,” the NSS said in a statement.
