Police van hits reporter at Yerevan protests
MediaHub.am journalist Nare Gevogyan was hit by a police vehicle during protests in central Yerevan on Tuesday.
The incident occurred on a crosswalk in Republic Square as protesters demanding Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's resignation closed off the streets leading to the square.
The reporter was taken to the hospital to undergo a medical examination.
The protests are part of a civil disobedience campaign against the Armenian government’s unilateral territorial concessions to Azerbaijan which is led by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan of the Tavush Diocese.
