Welcome to CaseKey 2024. Byblos Bank Armenia firmly stands by future innovators

Strategic business cases, invaluable experience, innovative approaches and more than 25 events are in store for the participants of CaseKey Business Case Competition 2024, whose title sponsor for the second year in a row is Byblos Bank Armenia.

The competition officially opened on May 21. Over the next six months, participants will solve four business cases, spend active training days with their coaches, compete in an intellectual game, and have informal meetings with leading experts from various fields.

This year, 263 talented young people and coaches have been given the opportunity to participate in the competition, forming 24 teams, including six from Armenia’s provinces. From a record number of applications, only the top 35% of applicants were selected to join the project.

Hayk Stepanyan, CEO of Byblos Bank Armenia, welcomed the participants with a motivational speech at the event’s opening and advised that the young people view education as a long-term investment.
"Byblos Bank Armenia is keen on building the future of youth in Armenia through its Corporate Social Responsibility programs, which is why for the second year in a row, the Bank is funding the CaseKey competition. We consider this a worthwhile investment as part of our commitment to innovation. Last year, I engaged with the young people on various occasions and I was happy to see their curiosity and strong desire to learn. We are glad to have a record number of students from the provinces joining the competition this year. An important element contributing to CaseKey's success is teamwork, something that aligns with our Bank's values. I am confident that we will achieve great results this year as well, with our Bank committed to supporting the development of the participants' capabilities," said Hayk Stepanyan.

CaseKey co-founder Arshak Karapetyan reflected on the success of the CaseKey international team.
“We are committed to providing an enriching experience for our students, and we are confident that this year’s event will exceed expectations. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to our sponsors and partners, who have been instrumental in making this event possible. In particular, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Byblos Bank Armenia. Their unwavering support for the second year in a row has enabled us to bring high-quality education and networking experiences to Armenian students. Together, we are shaping the future of education and creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders," said Arshak Karapetyan.

Prioritizing meaningful social impact, Byblos Bank Armenia continues to invest in causes that foster healthy, thriving communities by implementing diverse CSR programs and educational projects. Among programs financed by the Bank, the CaseKey competition has a unique significance as a platform teaching practical knowledge.
