
Motorcade rally led by archbishop reaches Armenia's Gyumri
A motorcade rally led by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan reached Gyumri, Armenia’s second largest city, after setting off from Yerevan on Saturday.
Members and supporters of the Tavush for the Homeland movement led by the cleric were welcomed with bread and salt at the entrance to the city.
Along the way from Yerevan to Gyumri, people greeted Archbishop Bagrat with flags, bread and salt, with many joining his motorcade.
A big rally is planned at Gyumri's Theater Square on Saturday evening.
