Archbishop Bagrat urges all to join protest near Armenian parliament
Members and supporters of the Tavush for the Homeland movement led by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan remained camped out on Marshal Baghramyan Avenue adjacent to the Armenian parliament on Wednesday morning.
They set up a tent camp there early on Monday to force an emergency parliament session on the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his cabinet.
In a live video on Facebook early on Wednesday morning, the archbishop greeted the protesters and urged all Armenians to join them.
"I'm looking forward to meeting you all at 3pm," he added.
