Armenian authorities search office of GG taxi service
The Armenian Investigative Committee on Saturday raided the office of the online taxi service provider GG in Yerevan, lawyer Arsen Babayan reported.
"A search is underway at the office of the GG company. I and lawyer Sergey Harutyunyan are heading to the office,” he wrote on Facebook, promising to provide further details.
In a social media post later, Harutyunyan accused the authorities of persecuting their opponents.
The search came after GG co-founder Khachatur Grigoryan expressed support for the Tavush for the Homeland protest movement in a social media post on 12 June.
