Mbappe demands €100m from PSG
Kylian Mbappe is looking to receive €100m (£85m/$107m) from Paris Saint-Germain regardless of his exit to Real Madrid, GOAL reports.
According to French outlet L'Equipe, PSG have not paid the player his wages for April, May and do not intend to pay for June either. His current contract is set to expire on June 30 and the issue must be resolved before then, with the overall figure that the club owe coming to around €100m (£84m).
The relationship between Mbappe and PSG has been rocky ever since he refused to sign a new deal at the club at the beginning of the 2023/24 season. The French international was frozen out of the first team - before returning later on down the line - and will now leave on a free transfer to join La Liga giants Real Madrid.
The Ligue 1 champions were contacted by L'Equipe regarding the matter and were asked to comment on the situation, where they claimed 'negotiations are continuing' between the two parties to resolve the situation.
Mbappe is currently away on international duty with France at Euro 2024. He set up their only goal of the tournament in the first game against Austria but was not involved during the 0-0 draw with the Netherlands after breaking his nose.
