Kevin Spacey named guest of honor at Golden Apricot
Kevin Spacey has been named the guest of honor at the 2024 Golden Apricot Yerevan International Film Festival.
Spacey is not only a two-time Oscar winner, but also a recipient of the Laurence Olivier Award for best stage performance, as well as a Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Television Series Drama.
He has brought characters to life in some of the most memorable American films from the 1990’s onwards, such as K-PAX (2001), Se7en (1995), American Beauty (1999), The Usual Suspects (1996), the series House of Cards (2013-2017) etc.
Spacey has collaborated with the best American and British filmmakers of the last 4 decades, namely David Fincher, Alan Parker, Sam Mendes, Edgar Wright, Curtis Hanson, J.C. Chandor, John Lasseter, Duncan Jones, Mike Nichols, Bryan Singer, James Fowley, Alan J. Pakula and others, appearing on screen alongside stars like Brad Pitt, Martin Freeman, Al Pacino, Kim Basinger, Russell Crowe, Sam Rockwell, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jeff Bridges, Jack Lemon, Anette Benning and more.
