Armenian, Ukrainian FMs meet in Croatia
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan on Saturday met with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba in Croatia. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the Dubrovnik Forum.
The Armenian Foreign Ministry reported that they discussed issues of bilateral political dialogue, underscoring the importance of the political consultations and periodic contacts in different formats.
The ministers exchanged views on cooperation with the European Union and discussed regional issues.
The Armenian foreign policy chief briefed his counterpart on the current security situation in the South Caucasus.
“Minister Mirzoyan touched upon the recent developments in the normalization process with Azerbaijan, indicating the need for the signing of a peace treaty to ensure regional security,” the ministry said.
