Holy Struggle says pursuing a mission to 'return power to people' in Armenia
The movement Holy Struggle led by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan states that it is striving to “return the power to the people” in a congratulatory message on Armenia’s Constitution Day marked on July 5.
“Article 1 of the national constitution says that the Republic of Armenia is a sovereign, democratic and social state governed by the rule of law. Our task is to align the modern realities with the constitutional provisions,” the movement said.
“Article 2 stipulates that in the Republic of Armenia, the power belongs to the people. Our mission is to return the power to the people and ensure the victory of good over evil through joint efforts. Happy Constitution Day of the Republic of Armenia!” reads the message.
