Azeri FM insists on change of Armenia's constitution
Steps towards the Baku-Yerevan peace agenda were initiated by Azerbaijan, Azeri Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said on Monday.
He told reporters that peace talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan continued in various directions.
"In late June, we forwarded the latest version of the peace agreement to the Armenian side," Bayramov said.
At the same time, the Azeri official insisted on a change of Armenia's constitution before the signing of the peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan.
"The Armenian constitution still includes territorial claims against Azerbaijan, which must be addressed for full peace to be achieved," he added.
