MEP slams Hungarian PM's participation in Turkic states' summit in Shushi
MEP Nathalie Loiseau, chair of the European Parliament's subcommittee for security and defense, has decried Hungarian Prime Minsiter Viktor Orban's participation in the informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States held in Shushi, Nagorno-Karabakh, on 5-6 July.
“Viktor Orban's participation in the summit of the Organization of Turkic States, with a representative from Northern Cyprus and in a town in Nagorno-Karabakh, is a disgrace for Hungary and a scandal for Europe. Does Hungarian PM Orban question the Cyprus problem?” Loiseau said in a post on X.
