Artsakh president questioned as a witness
Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan has been questioned as a witness in an espionage investigation involving former Artsakh official Sarkis Galstyan, lawyer Roman Yeritsyan reports.
"I don't know why the Public TV is reporting about the face-off between the Artsakh president and Sarkis Galstyan, but I must say that during the interrogation Samvel Shahramanyan not only refuted Galstyan’s testimony, but the latter also agreed with the president,” he wrote on Facebook.
“Moreover, Samvel Shahramanyan was questioned as a witness in the case, i.e. no charges were brought against him,” the lawyer added.
