Pashinyan: Armenia keen to deepen cooperation with Georgia
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Saturday hosted Georgian Defense Minister Irakli Chikovani, the government press office reported.
Pashinyan hailed high-level relations between Armenia and Georgia and highlighted the importance of Chikovani's visit.
Nikol Pashinyan emphasized that Armenia is keen to deepen and develop multi-disciplinary cooperation with Georgia.
Also, he commended the effective partnership between the defense ministries of Armenia and Georgia.
In his turn, Chikovani stressed the importance of cooperation with the Armenian Defense Ministry and programs for its expansion.
The interlocutors exchanged views on strengthening the partnership in the defense sphere, as well as regional security and stability issues.
