Catholicos Karekin II, senior ARF member discuss challenges facing Armenia
His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, on Sunday hosted Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Bureau member Hagop Der Khatchadourian, the Mother See of the Armenian Apostolic Church reported.
The meeting addressed the regional developments, the external challenges facing Armenia and the domestic political situation.
During the conversation, the continuation of programs aimed at the social problems of forcibly displaced Artsakh Armenians and the consistent protection of the rights of Artsakh Armenians were highlighted.
Catholicos Karekin II and Hagop Der Khatchadourian also noted the need for the further development of Armenia-Diaspora relations and the strengthening of national unity for the benefit of overcoming nationwide problems and strengthening the homeland, the Mother See said.
