Armenian government spent $50 mln on campaign against Holy Struggle, leader says
The Armenian government has spent about $50 million on a hate propaganda against the Holy Struggle movement, its leader Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan said, citing some sources.
Galstanyan’s comments came at a meeting with people in the town of Vayk in Armenia’s Vayots Dzor Province on Saturday.
He accused the current Armenian authorities of attempts to discredit the leaders and supporters of the movement.
The archbishop said his lawyers had filed a defamation lawsuit against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan over his remarks in the parliament.
“We’ve initiated judicial proceedings regarding the main antichrist’s defamatory comments on me from the Armenian parliament podium,” he said.
