EU envoy welcomes 'important' meeting between Armenian, Turkish envoys
EU's Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, hailed Tuesday's "important" meeting between the Armenian and Turkish diplomats on the border.
"Important meeting yesterday on the Armenia-Turkey border between Serdar Kilic and Ruben Rubinyan," he said in a post on X on Wednesday.
“Normalization of relations and the reopening of communications between Turkey and Armenia are essential elements for a more stable and prosperous South Caucasus,” Klaar added.
