Armenian teams celebrate more victories at 45th Chess Olympiad
The Armenian teams scored the third victory in a row in the 45th FIDE Chess Olympiad, the Armenian Chess Federation reported.
In the 3rd round of the olympiad on Friday, the men's team beat the Brazilian team with a score of 3-1.
GM Shant Sargsyan and GM Karen Grigoryan claimed victories.
The games of GM Haik Martirosyan and GM Gabriel Sargissian ended in a draw.
The women's team defeated the Hungarian B team with a score of 3-1.
GM Elina Danielian and WIM Mariam Mkrtchyan won their games.
The games of IM Lilit Mkrtchian and WIM Susanna Gaboyan ended in a draw.
In the 4th round, our men's team will face the Chinese team, while the women's team will compete with the Vietnamese team.
