The Bambir manifest with a fresh roar in their new album 'Mankakan Khagher'
The Bambir, an inexhaustible source and a force in the Armenian, Post-Soviet and European rock music scene, is set to unveil their groundbreaking 12th studio album, Mankakan Khagher (Children’s Games), on September 18, 2024. This highly anticipated release explores the profound and often unsettling intersection between childhood innocence and adult disillusionment, positioning The Bambir as a voice of reason.
Mankakan Khagher represents a bold departure from conventional rock, blending raw honesty with experimental sounds to challenge and expand the genre’s boundaries.The album hints at the mindless atrocities and sufferings that adults endure by not having maturity towards others and to themselves.
“We wanted to create something that’s both deeply personal and universally relevant,” says Narek Barseghyan. “This album is a journey through the dark corners of adulthood and a reflection on how our childhood shapes who we become.”
