Turkmen president congratulates Armenia on Independence Day
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent congratulations to the leadership of Armenia on the country's Independence Day celebrated annually on September 21.
The Turkmen leader addressed his warm wishes to President Vahagn Khachaturyan, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the entire Armenian people, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reported.
In his address, Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed the importance of friendly and mutually beneficial relations between the two countries based on the principles of mutual respect and trust. He expressed confidence in the further development and strengthening of bilateral ties for the benefit of the peoples of both countries.
The president of Turkmenistan wished the leaders of Armenia good health and happiness, and the Armenian people peace, progress and prosperity.
