'It's a tough and tense game,' Armenia manager says after clash with Faroe Islands
Armenia finished 2-2 with Faroe Islands in an UEFA Nations League clash on Thursday, rescuing a point in added time.
Armenia manager Oleksandr Petrakov called the game difficult and tense at a post-match press conference.
“It was a tough and tense game. I’m not going to blame any of the players,” he said.
“They are young players who can make some mistakes, but I don’t want to focus on them. I think they will be good footballers in the future. I thanked the guys for their dedication in the dressing room.
“We need to move on and are preparing for the game with North Macedonia,” Petrakov added.
