Kazakhstan to host Armenian Culture Days
Armenian Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan is on travel to Astana as part of President Vahagn Khachaturyan's delegation on October 14-16 to attend the Armenian Culture Days celebrations in Kazakhstan.
The program features various events, including a ceremonial concert by the Armenian Jazz Orchestra, a photo exhibition honoring Sergei Parajanov, Armenian cinema days and a tour of the Hamazgayin State Theater named after Sos Sargsyan, the ministry reported.
The main events of the Armenian Culture Days will take place at the Kazakh National Music and Drama Theater after Kalibek Kuanyshbaev, featuring an opening concert on October 15 to mark legendary singer Charles Aznavour's 100th anniversary.
