Temperatures to plummet in Armenia

Rain and thunderstorms are expected in Armenia throughout the week, the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center reports.

Torrential rains are forecast for Wednesday night, Thursday and overnight Friday.

Temperatures are set to drop by 6-9C from Thursday to Saturday.

The capital Yerevan will also see rain and thunderstorms on Tuesday and in the next few days.
