Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan slams Pashinyan in parliament
Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, the leader of the Holy Struggle movement, on Thursday again lambasted Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his government for unilaterally ceding Armenian territories to Azerbaijan, bowing to all of Baku's demands and misleading the public.
Speaking at parliamentary hearings on an opposition resolution defending Armenia’s Declaration of Independence, Galstanyan stated that protests led by him stopped more territorial concessions to Azerbaijan and insisted that the campaign aimed at change of power continued.
He again warned of major security challenges facing Armenia.
“He has put not only the country but also his teammates up for auction,” the archbishop said, calling Pashinyan “politically and morally bankrupt”.
