Armenian parliament ratifies border delimitation deal with Azerbaijan
The Armenian National Assembly on Wednesday ratified a border delimitation agreement with Azerbaijan.
Signed by the two countries on August 30, the agreement includes regulations for joint activities of the Armenian and Azerbaijani government commissions dealing with the border delimitation process.
A total of 67 MPs from the ruling Civil Contract party voted for the agreement.
The opposition Hayastan and Pativ Unem factions boycotted the vote, stating the agreement could pave the way for further territorial concessions to Azerbaijan.
