Armenian defense minister meets with new German envoy
Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan on Tuesday hosted new German Ambassador to Armenia Claudia Busch.
Papikyan extended his congratulations to Busch on her appointment and expressed his best wishes for further progress in the development of Armenia-Germany relations, the Armenian Defense Ministry reported.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of defence cooperation between Armenia and Germany, as well as prospects for future cooperation.
The minister provided an overview of ongoing defense reforms.
Key issues related to regional security were also addressed.
