CSTO leaders to meet in Astana on November 28
The leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries plan to gather for an informal summit at the end of December, CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev told journalists on Wednesday, Interfax reported.
"The heads of the CSTO [Collective Security Treaty Organization] countries will meet in Astana on November 28, and an informal meeting of the CIS heads of state will take place, as per tradition, at the end of December," Belarus's BelTA state news agency quoted Lebedev as saying.
