Mirzoyan admits differences between Yerevan and Moscow on 'some issues'
Armenia's relations with Russia are very transparent, and the two countries are bound by strong economic ties, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said in the parliament on Thursday.
At the same time, he admitted differences between Yerevan and Moscow on “some foreign policy issues”.
“The sides do not always share each other's positions,” the diplomat underlined.
“It’s about one or two platforms that both countries are members of, including the CSTO. We believe that the organization failed to adequately respond to the military aggression against Armenia's borders and sovereign territory.
“But there are a number of areas where we continue to cooperate, for example, within the EAEU,” Mirzoyan pointed out.
