Armenian government approves Mesrop Mesropyan's candidacy for PSRC head
The Armenian government on Thursday approved the candidacy of Mesrop Mesropyan as the new head of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC).
The post has remained vacant since October 10, when Garegin Baghramyan submitted resignation.
The ruling Civil Contract party board nominated Mesropyan as a potential candidate for the post on Wednesday.
At today’s cabinet meeting, Mesropyan thanked the ministers for approving his nomination and vowed to effectively resolve all problems in the sphere if installed as PSRC chairman by the parliament.
