Meeting with Armenia impossible until December, Azeri FM says
The negotiation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia consists of two components, including face-to-face meetings, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told reporters on the sidelines of COP29 on Friday.
“At his point, Azerbaijan is largely focused on COP. Therefore, it is impossible to hold face-to-face meetings until December," the Azerbaijani media quoted him as saying.
"Whether it will take place in December or January is another question. No concrete agreement has been reached yet. In addition to physical meetings, work on the peace treaty continues,” Bayramov added.
