Hayastan faction to discuss Gegham Nazaryan's further activities, fellow MP says
The opposition Hayastan faction in the Armenian parliament will discuss MP Gegham Nazaryan's further activities, his fellow MP Agnesa Khamoyan has revealed.
“Gegham Nazaryan's latest statement that Nikol Pashinyan's ouster is not on the agenda expresses his personal opinion and, naturally, does not reflect the stance of the Hayastan faction," she wrote on Facebook on Wednesday.
“Our top priority has been and remains the removal of the current government, and naturally, if any of the faction deputies doesn’t share this idea, the issue should become a subject of discussion.
“The faction cannot “request” Gegham Nazaryan to give up his parliament seat, but will obviously discuss his further activities,” Khamoyan said.
