18 Yerevan bus drivers sacked after strike
As many as 18 bus drivers have been dismissed after going on strike in Yerevan, the mayor's spokesman,, Hayk Kostanyan, reported.
A large number of Yerevan bus drivers walked off the job without prior notice on Tuesday morning, demanding better working conditions and a pay rise.
The strike left tens of thousands of people, including those rushing to work, without transportation.
