Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan visits Yerablur
Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, the leader of the Holy Struggle movement, visited the Yerablur Military Pantheon in Yerevan on Artsakh’s Independence Referendum and Constitution Day marked on 10 December, the movement reported.
On 10 December 1991, Artsakh held a referendum in which 82% of all voters participated and 99% resoundingly voted for independence.
On the day of the referendum, Stepanakert and other Artsakh settlements came under Azerbaijani shelling, leaving 10 civilians killed and 11 wounded.
