Armenian Foreign Ministry hosts official reception for foreign diplomats
The Armenian Foreign Ministry on Monday hosted an official reception attended by the heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Armenia.
Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry Davit Karapetyan delivered welcoming remarks, extending his congratulations to the guests on the occasion of the forthcoming Christmas and New Year celebrations, the Foreign Ministry reported.
“This is a time to reflect on what we have achieved, and look ahead to our objectives for the future. The values that will guide us toward a better future are - integrity, teamwork, and a strong commitment to peace and progress. We need to work together to tackle countless issues we face, whether they relate to security, sustainable development, climate change, or the promotion of human rights and justice," Karapetyan said.
"I would like to congratulate everyone on the upcoming New Year; may it be filled with joy, love, and great achievements," he added.
The reception featured a ceremonial lighting of the Foreign Ministry Christmas tree.
