Artur Vanetsyan issues message on National Security Officer's Day
Major-General Artur Vanetsyan, the former director of Armenia's National Security Service, issued a congratulatory message on the National Security Officer's Day celebrated on December 20. The full message is provided below.
“Dear serving and reserve colleagues of the National Security Service,
I cordially congratulate all of us on our professional holiday – the National Security Officer's Day.
The incumbent government has stolen much from the people. Now it wants to steal our day – December 20. But what does it matter which day will be marked red in the calendar?
All the same, we will celebrate our professional holiday today, on December 20, being convinced that an Armenian security officer has been and will remain one of the key contributors to the well-being and development of our country.
Congratulations, dear colleagues! I wish you safe and efficient service.”
