US ready to work with Armenia and Azerbaijan in any agreed format – State Dept
The United States is ready to work with Armenia and Azerbaijan in any agreed format to ensure progress, the State Department said in a statement.
“The U.S. government supports the efforts of Armenia and Azerbaijan to reach a durable and dignified peace agreement, which is vital for security and prosperity in the South Caucasus. We stand ready to work with both sides in any format they agree upon where they can achieve progress,” it said in response to a request from the Voice of America’s Armenian Service on Friday.
