Three injured in fire at Bagratashen checkpoint warehouse
Three people were injured in a fire at a Bagratashen checkpoint warehouse on the Armenian-Georgian border on Friday afternoon, the Rescue Service reported.
An operational team from the regional rescue department, five fire and rescue crews, one water tanker, as well as Patrol Service squads, were dispatched to the scene following a request for assistance filed at 12։43pm.
The fire was contained at 2։24pm.
Preliminary reports suggest that the fire has damaged pyrotechnics stored in the warehouse.
The cause of the fire was not immediately clear.
