Expert: Armenia alone must force Azeri troops out of its sovereign territory
Iran specialist Vardan Voskanyan claims that the responsibility to force Azerbaijani troops out of sovereign Armenian lands lies solely with Armenia.
His comments came in response to a strategic partnership agreement signed between Armenia and the United States on Tuesday.
"I would like to remind you that the degrading presence of the Baku regime’s bashibozuks persists in the occupied areas of Armenia's sovereign territory,” he wrote on Telegram on Wednesday.
“It is both our honor and duty to throw them out. This responsibility lies solely with us, not with the Kansas National Guard, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Chechen units of the Russian army or Texas cowboys,” the expert added.
