World-famous cellist Alban Gerhardt to perform in Yerevan
World-renowned cellist Alban Gerhardt will perform in Yerevan in late January, the Yerevan Municipality reports.
The exclusive concert with the Yerevan Youth Symphony Orchestra is scheduled to be held at the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall on January 30.
The concert program features Variations on a Rococo Theme by Piotr Ilitch Tchaikovsky, Saint-Saëns' Cello Concerto No. 2 and Johannes Brahms’ Symphony No. 4.
The Youth Symphony Orchestra will perform under the baton of Eduard Topchyan.
