Millions in Texas are under flash flood warnings due to torrential rain
Millions across Southeast Texas will remain under flash flood watches through Thursday because of the torrential rain that has swept through the region, triggering power outages and reports of localized damage. Tornado watch for areas around Houston and College Station were lifted early Wednesday, but the rain is expected to continue falling until Friday before the system makes its way to the Gulf of Mexico. Coastal areas in Texas should expect to continue getting rain through Monday.
