Berlin bans actors from impersonating US soldiers at iconic Cold War crossing

Officials said the actors from the group known as the Dance Factory aggressively demanded a $4 fee for posing for photos with tourists, the Bild newspaper reported. A police undercover operation found the actors verbally abusing those who refused to pay.

At least three people killed as security forces use live rounds on Iraqi protesters

Security forces killed two people and wounded 12 in Shatra, 45 km (28 miles) north of the southern city of Nasiriya, security and medical sources said. Hospital sources said the protesters died from bullet wounds to the head.
