Iran said Monday it will only return to Vienna in order to finalise an agreement to revive its landmark 2015 nuclear deal with world powers, with the last steps dependent on Washington. But several of the world’s most important and historic dinosaur footprints were damaged beyond repair earlier this year when a construction crew arrived to build a new boardwalk for tourists. Prince Hamzah bin Hussein, the former heir to the throne of Jordan, has said he is renouncing his title of prince. Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic has declared victory in Sunday’s presidential election, after pollsters Ipsos and CeSID predicted that the incumbent leader would win 59.8 percent of the votes. Zdravko Ponos, a retired army general representing the pro-European and centrist Alliance for Victory coalition, was projected to come second with 17.1 percent of the votes. In a victory speech, Vucic said he was proud to win a second outright mandate without going into a runoff.

Sacramento police are appealing for the public's help to find multiple shooters who opened fire downtown early Sunday morning, killing six people. Sacramento Police Chief Katherine Lester said the dead included three men and three women. The 12 wounded were being treated at area hospitals, she said in a news conference Sunday afternoon.
